WHY USE UK SPY EQUIPMENT?


There are many legitimate uses for the use of surveillance equipment, preliminary to help bring a conclusion to a sometimes difficult situation of which can only be proved by video and / or audio evidence such as using the following types of equipment:

The usage of any of the above can be of great help to obtain a huge amount of evidence in cases such as employee theft, mental, physical abuse, intimidation and bullying within the workplace. Not to mention providing evidential date / time stamped proof of any wrong doing.


Hidden Camera's can be used to record and provide evidence of wrong doing in many situations, for example - an employed nanny situation (or similar service), elderly home, baby sitter and reported work place activity.


GPS tracking (or similar) devices can be used to monitor an employee and / or employees who may be changing their "employer allocated" routes to non-economical routes, and in some cases may actually be visiting a competitors company for one reason or another. Alternatively, the tracking device can also be used as an anti-theft locator which is obviously vital to the recovery of the employers asset for insurance / recovery purposes.


Voice recording and audio listening equipment can be used to capture / record the sound(s) as an alternative to the above - whereby video evidence may not be required.


WHY DO YOU NOT ADVERTISE COMPUTER MONITORING SOFTWARE LIKE OTHER SIMILAR UK SPY EQUIPMENT SELLERS?


We do not provide computer monitoring software / applications due to the potential for abuse. However we do provide local hardware solutions - but please note that these solutions adhere to a due-diligence check and as such - IF WE SUSPECT ANY ILLEGAL PURCHASE OUTWITH NORMAL USE, THEN WE WILL NOTIFY A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Please also note that we do not provide any kind of encryption based solutions for communications etc - Do not ask!


DO YOU PROVIDE THE SAME PRODUCTS THAT OTHER SPY EQUIPMENT SELLERS PROVIDE?


No we do not. However you will no doubt come across similar products and this is either due to another seller being a UKSE re-seller or if they are not - then this alternative seller has attempted to create an inferiour copy / alternative and sell it as their own. CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT OUTSIDE NORMAL WORKING HOURS?


Yes absolutely.  The website operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.


HOW QUICK WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?


We feel it is important that you receive your order as quickly as possible, therefore we always aim for a next working day delivery (if your order is received from within the UK and is received by our team from Monday until 2:30pm on a Thursday). Goods held in stock are dispatched on the same day.


HOW CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED FROM INITIAL ORDER THROUGH TO ACTUAL DELIVERY?


Once your parcel has been collected from our premises you will receive an email notification which contains information such as the package tracking number, service and delivery initial delivery status of your parcel.  You may also receive an optional SMS (text message) notification providing you have entered your mobile phone number during the Checkout Process - but please note that SMS / text message notification is dependant on the delivery service used.


CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY / OUTSIDE THE UK?


Yes.  We offer a flat rate worldwide shipping fee which is regardless of destination.


ARE YOU ABLE TO MATCH OR COMPETE WITH A PRICE?


If you see a product of the same description, specification and quality build on another eCommerce website (not an auction website) for a lower price, then please contact us and we will endeavor to price match or offer an even lower price.


IS MY ORDER PURCHASE CONFIDENTIAL?


Yes.  We are bound by the UK Data Protection Act to protect customers confidentiality and ensure customer details remain secure at all time. As a company who have been trading for many years we understand that customer confidentially is of paramount importance.


DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO MY CARD DETAILS?


No.  All order transactions including customer card credentials are handled by a secure payment card processing gateway in accordance with PCI regulatory compliance. As such all credit card details during the purchase process are not held by us. Please see our privacy policy for further information regarding this, of which includes additional information regarding any other concerns that you may have with regards to privacy.


HOW CAN YOU PREVENT FRAUDULENT USE OF MY CARD?


Our Payment gateway(s) uses advanced fraud detection tools which help examine if a card when used to place an order is actually genuine.  If our secure Gateway detects the card that is used is not a genuine purchase, then we may contact "Action Fraud" who are dedicated fraud specialists and whom who work directly with the Police - in the county in which the purchase was initially made from.


DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY WITH YOUR GOODS?


Yes of course.  All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against faults. Please note that customer abuse, liquid ingress damage or non-normal usage is not covered.


DO YOU OFFER A REFUND POLICY?


Yes.  We normally go above and beyond of what is normally expected as a seller however, we abide by the governing rules in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR).
